South of Under Country is a frozen tundra that stretches out far past the horizon called the Forgotten Fields. Eventually the jagged ice pours into a black, unforgiving sea. In the center of the primal country is a giant structure carved from some dark blue stone. The city of Pxnkhuut stands proud. A bustling city which does business with the many tribes who ride through the snow on herds of fearless reindeer.
The most famous feature of Pxnkhuut is the arena where blood sport has been celebrated for almost a millennium. Wealthy nobles buy slaves, ambitious gaolers offer prisoners a road to atonement for their crimes, the roaming tribes take captives who they sell and the brave or mad warrior volunteers.
Pxnkhuut has not a single ruler in more then five hundred years. The city is ruled by a council of aristocrats called the Many Princes. Titles handed down or sold through the years.
